Sush has a track record as a successful entrepreneur throughout her career in fashion and IT since 1985. After a successful business in New England in fashion, she founded her own IT solutions company where she sourced relevant technology companies to provide solutions, and then managed the projects through completion for clients in the U.S., Europe and China. She has written articles on outsourcing and Internet marketing and has been a speaker at the United Nations and at various technology forums on IT related topics. She has extensive experience in helping other IT companies to grow inorganically. Her global network has been the source of potential deals, which she evaluates prior to commitment on Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalization and funding since 2005. Her wealth of experience and management capabilities, contribute to the capacity to understand a company's current position and the vision to transform the organization to greater success in a changing business environment. Sush is a board member of several technology companies and the Urban League focused on inner city youth programs. Sush was born in Varanasi, India. Sush has a B.S. from New York University in Computer Science and French Literature Honors: University Scholars Program, Presidential Scholarship.
Bill started his IT professional career on Long Island at a manufacturer of parts for the automotive industry. He then worked for a competitor of Ruben H. Donnelly called Yellow Book that produced telephone directories for local communities on Long Island, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He started out as a programmer analyst working himself up to operations manager. Bill and his family moved to Connecticut in 1976 and he worked at Superior Electric in Bristol and The Harford Insurance Company before starting his career in IT consulting. Spending almost ten years as a consultant working for many different companies and industries he gained valuable knowledge and experience that benefited him going into the sales side of IT consulting. Bill spent over twenty years working for The Systems Group as a Marketing Representative. Because of his relationships he established with the companies he worked at as a consultant it was a successful and easy transition into sales. His success has been the result of tried and true effort of persistence in pursuing the establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients. At Talus Partners he has opened up numerous new accounts resulting in placements. Bill has taught IT courses at Waterbury Technical College (now Naugatuck Valley Community College) for ten years. His motto “With patience and persistence you will always get what you want”. Bill lives in Litchfield, CT with his wife, Ellen. They have two children and seven grandchildren.

She also completed 3 UConn business leadership programs, was the Vice President of UConn’s Lions Club and represented her university in a KPMG case competition where her school ranked #4. In her most recent role, Megan was a supervisor in the negotiations department at National Debt Relief. She grew team members’ conversion rates through auditing, created KPI’s to measure performance metrics and consistently ranked in the top tier of the department. In a highly competitive environment she achieved becoming the #1 negotiator in the company in 2017. Over two and a half years Megan generated over $6 million in revenue and settled over $100 million in consumer debt. Megan holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
